Welcome!

How much time and money do we invest in our homes, our wardrobes, and all the other things that keep us busy?
But how much attention do we give to what we actually are – to ourselves?

Often we are not satisfied with our body, especially when it doesn’t function the way it ought to.

If a car warning light starts flashing, we don’t simply take out the light to make the flashing go away – instead we search for the cause or take the car to a garage.

“Your immediate home is your own body.”

Our body knows what it needs – but often we don’t pay enough attention to it or believe we know better. We keep forcing ourselves to function, and eventually overstrain ourselves. In the end, we wonder why our system breaks down after a while or why discomfort does not disappear after a couple of days anymore as it always used to.

Why aren’t we paying more attention to our body, to our mind, and to what is good for us and what is not?
Our body copes with an enormous amount every single moment of our life.
It will reward us if we treat it with responsibly and care.
